What happens next
Upon receipt of your complaint, our Customer Success team will contact you within four business days to acknowledge your complaint and let you know the next steps.
We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 15 days and will keep you updated on the status during our investigation.
Should Hi be unable to resolve your complaint, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.
